Why do I need to enter my email address?
Your email address will be used for communication about your subscription and any future orders using this service.  It will also be your Sign In identification.  

What happens next?
You will enter your company contact information along with paying for your new subscription.  After you have completed your registration and your payment has been processed, you will be sent an email with details on how to access your Help Desk.

What if I'm already a subscribed member?
This page is for new subscribers.  If you are already a member, you need to go to the customer sign in screen to access your account.
